The World Children’s Center will be built in three phases over a twelve-year period.

Phase II Construction (2017 – 2019)

This phase of construction will include:

• Fund and build two new (2) children's homes with 4 year operational funds in place
• Build temporary modular elementary school with playground
• Identify and enroll first 25-30 children for the first three (3) homes
• Officially open the World Children's Center
• Fund and build seven (7) children's homes with 4 year operational funds in place to complete inaugural neighborhood
• Launch WE Series to provide funding to help sustain the project
• Commence planning phase for 5 year capital campaign to be launched in 2020
• Begin efforts to develop the 642 acre public venue
