The World Children’s Center will be built in three phases over a ten-year period.

Phase III (2020 – 2024)

This phase of construction will include:

• Put in place required additional project leadership, management and support staff
• Launch the "Every Child Deserve a Loving Home" capital campaign
• Fund and Build 40 children's homes
• Identify and enroll 320 additional children for new homes
• Fund and Build Welcome Center
• Fund and Build Worship Center
• Fund and Build International Humanitarian Development and Training Center
• Fund and Build Arts and Music Center
• Fund and Develop Prayer Garden
• Fund and Build Library
• Fund and Build Food and Clothing Distribution Center
• Fund and Build Village Greens and Public Arts Display
• Fund and Develop Parks and Playgrounds
• Fund and Build Equestrian Center
• Fund and Build Maintenance Facility
• Fund and Build Permanent Elementary and Middle Schools
• Fund and Build Wellness Center
• Fund and Build Outdoor Performing Arts Theatre
• Develop and launch WCC Endowment Fund
• Commence Development of 642 acre public venue project
